Before you email us, please have a look at these FAQs below. They cover 95% of all the queries we get!
- How much is shipping? It depends. Once you've entered your address, the system will give you a quote. About R65 - R90 for a major metro. If you live in an outlying area, it will cost a little more.
- When will my cubes arrive? Usually it takes 1-5 business days. In Cape Town it is often quicker. (Outlying areas might take a day or two longer) Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you've been waiting for longer. We'll shout at the couriers.
- Can I collect cubes from your shop, and save on shipping? No. We're a 100% online business, no collections.
- How do I pay? We use Payfast (for credit cards, debit cards, Masterpass, Snapscan or Zapper) and Ozow (for EFTs) as our secure payment gateways. Note that we never get to see your credit card or banking details, the payment gateways handle all that!
- Can I pay by EFT, I don't want to give my credit card or banking details to anyone? Yes, sure. At checkout, one of the options will be EFT. It will take a little longer as it is a manual process - much quicker to pay using Payfast (credit card) or Ozow (instant EFT) online. NOTE: Please send us a proof of payment (to email@example.com), otherwise it will really take a long time
- My cube arrived the other day, and it is already broken. What are you going to do about it? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll sort you out. We want happy customers
- I've changed my mind. I don't want the cube I've ordered. Can I return it? Yes, if it is still in mint condition in its original packaging - we can issue you with a voucher to the value of the cube. Email us at email@example.com. Note that the shipping back to us will be for your account
- I paid, but my order didn't complete. My cubes are still in my cart awaiting payment. This happens very rarely, but it does happen. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it out
- I need 100 cubes, with my own customised artwork. Can you do it? Yes. We love these requests. Email email@example.com (More info here)
- I want a particular cube, but it is out-of-stock. When will you get more? On each product page there is a input box where you can put your email. We'll notify you when the cube is back in stock
- I want a particular cube, but you don't seem to have it. Can you get it for me? Very possibly. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
